The surgeon will be able to justify this since they're both so closely related. The insurance companies go along with this mentality all the time.
What if I don't have a medical need?
Sorry guys... you can't exploit the medical system that much. If you want a cosmetic procedure than you need an initial medical need. Otherwise you'll just have to save the money or apply for a cosmetic surgery loan.
