Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like spicy)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- For the gravy:
- 1/4 c. reserved pan drippings
- 4 Tbsp. reserved flour mixture
- 2 c. chicken broth or stock
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
