Directions
HEAT the oven to 425°F.
ADD the broccoli and carrots to a pot of boiling water
Cook for 2 to 3 min or until crispy.
Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking water.
In the meantime, mix the following 3 ingredients until the whole thing is homogeneous.
PUT the cooked vegetables back in the pan.
Add the cheese mixture to the cream and onions; stir until the vegetables are evenly coated with sauce, adding the reserved cooking water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency.
POUR into a saucepan of 2 pts vaporized with vegetable coating; garnish with grated cheese and bacon. cover.
COOK for 25 minutes or until the whole thing is warm, discovering for the last 5 minutes.
