Preheat oven to 350 F degrees .
Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a blender, combine all the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake it for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions.
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions.
In a blender, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and the cup of whipped cream. Blend until light and fluffy.
Allow crust to cool. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Spread chocolate pudding over cream cheese, then vanilla pudding. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
