STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Ingredients

°2 cups of white flour.

°1 cup granulated sugar.

°2 eggs.

°1 tablespoon of vanilla.

°1/2 cup butter.

°1/2 cup milk.

°1 tablespoon of baking powder.

°1 cup heavy cream.

°Fresh strawberries.

°a pinch of salt.

Directions

Step 1: Using an electric mixer, mix the whipped cream, sugar and butter. Add eggs and pure vanilla extract and beat for 5 minutes. Then add milk.

Step 2: Spread onto a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.

Step 3: Let cool for 30 minutes. Fill the top of the cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
