1 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped Cream Topping Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon cold water (for stabilization)
1 teaspoon gelatin (for stabilization)
3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup of coconut, for toasting
