Ingredients
°400g minced meat (beef here)
°2 small red onions
°Two slices of stale bread
°2 small eggs
°Oregano (1 teaspoon)
°parsley
°pinch of nutmeg
°Salt and Pepper
°3 tablespoons olive oil
°Few mint leaves for garnish
Directions
Chop the meat if necessary and chop the onion. Soak the bread in a bowl of water
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the onions, eggs and stale bread, squeeze it with your fingers and break it up
Add chopped parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
Mix everything together and form into small balls
In one skillet, cover its bottom with olive oil and heat the meatballs, flipping them several times until well cooked.
