Ingredients
°600g grenaille potatoes
°6 sausages
°1 zucchini
°2 large onions
°olive oil
°chopped parsley
°salt pepper
Directions
Peel the baby potatoes.
Clean and cut the zucchini into pieces.
Next, peel the two onions, slice them and sauté them in olive oil.
Slice the sausages. Brown them with the onions.
Add the potatoes and zucchini. Salt very little, pepper.
Let simmer for 30 minutes, adding a little water regularly,
For the potatoes and zucchini to cook or close the casserole for 15 min.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
